If I had no other way out I would definitely stay close to the opinion that everyone of us should be given a brand new product instead of the old one that came out to be defected. I don"t know how about you but I guess that there is nothing to be added here. We ought to be given brand new wool bedding. Each of us should receive a new wool bedding instead of the old one that just.. didn"t work right. Things of bad quality should be kept for somebody else. Not for us - the best customers. You know? this time the situation is a bit delicate because it concerns something strictly different than some other times. This time it is no place for playing around. The price for wool bedding is high enough to cause trouble to everybody who bought it and found it useless after some time passed. Let me tell something more about that - in my personal case - I got that wool bedding because I wanted to have some business planes connected with it. and now - how am I going to be able to sell it further on when it is not of sufficient quality, how do you think? You have any solutions for me? actually, if I get the money back right now I will be really happy. If I don"t I will not make such a big deal out of it since it is not the first and not the last time I lose something. I am a kind of... used to this kind of situations.
